The order must be placed by the last day of the month for the box to arrive at the beginning of the following month.

The box will be delivered by courier directly to your door

In Slovakia we cooperate with the DPD courier service
In the Czech Republic, the box will be delivered to you by the courier company Zásilkovna.
How does it work?
All information on how the mystery box subscription works can be found in the How it works? section.
We always pack our goods in gift boxes, in which, in addition to the underwear, you will receive a motivational card with the theme of the month and a small gift.
At Muse Lingerie, we strive to provide you with an experience and surprise along with beautiful lingerie.
If you have changed your payment card for any reason and you have an active mystery box subscription with us, write to us and we will send you an email with a link where you can update your card.
Size chart
To correctly measure your underwear size, you need to measure:
- Bra:
Underbust: Measure just under the bust to find the exact size in cm
Bust: Measure the fullest part of your breasts to determine the correct cup size.
- Panties:
Waist: Measure at the narrowest part of the waist
Hips: Measure at the widest part of your hips.
You can always find our size chart with each underwear set or in the Size Chart section.
Complaints and returns
We try to ship our mystery boxes at the beginning of each month. However, sometimes there might be a delay of a few days.
If you do not receive your set, please send us a message and we will do everything we can to rectify the error.
If the size does not fit, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help you.
A request for exchange of goods can be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods.
The costs associated with shipping for exchanging goods will be paid by the buyer.
Returned goods must be in undamaged condition with no signs of wear. The box must be undamaged and must contain complete packaging, including cards and gift.
The goods must be returned exactly according to the return instructions. If you send the goods to a different delivery location than stated in the return information, the seller is entitled to charge a fee of €2 for processing.
If you want to return the goods for any reason, write to us at our email or contact us on our Instagram.
