How does it work?
We always pack our products in gift boxes, in which, in addition to your lingerie, you will receive a motivational card with the theme of the month and a small gift

Size chart
To correctly measure your underwear size, you need to measure:
- Bra:
Underbust circumference: Measure directly under the breasts to determine the exact size in cm
Bust circumference: Measure the fullest part of the breasts to determine the correct cup size
- Panties:
Waist: Measure at the narrowest part of the waist
Hips: Measure at the widest part of the hips.

Claims and returns
Lingerie sets are shipped 5-7 business days after your order is placed
In the event that you do not receive your set, please send us a message and we will do everything possible to rectify the error
If the size does not fit, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help you.
Requests for product exchanges must be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Shipping costs associated with the product exchange are to be covered by the buyer.
Returned goods must be in undamaged condition with no signs of wear. The box must be undamaged and must contain the complete packaging, including cards and any gifts.
Goods must be returned exactly according to the return instructions. If you send the goods to a delivery location other than the one specified in the return information, the seller is entitled to charge a processing fee of €2.
