Complaints & returns

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Once the order has been submitted to, we will no longer be able to make any changes. In case of an error in the order, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

The order can be canceled no later than 24 hours after the order was created.

Our staff double check each product and carefully package each order to make sure you receive your order in the best condition. Please ensure that all information in your order is correct before submitting your order for processing.

Our aim is to provide our customers with products of the highest quality and standard. If there is a manufacturing fault with your lingerie, you can email us at for return/exchange options and more information. Please contact us within 5 working days of receiving the item along with a brief description and pictures showing the error/s.

If for any reason the refund request is accepted, we will refund you within 14 working days of receiving your returned package. Please note that the return shipping costs ( 4) are not included in the refund amount. The time frame for refunds to your bank account depends on your bank.

These conditions, including their inseparable parts, become valid and effective on 11.9.2023
